What's it mean when you go into DMV with your 3 kids to plate your minivan and your new (cause you gave up the vanity ones) plates start NAP. Yup, You are old, have 3 kids and a minivan. Your hair is a mess, you are completely dissheveled. You need a NAP. Stupid new lettering system, at least they wised up to the pointless, doesn't stay on county stickers.
